It has been sooooooo long since I wrote a post. Life happens. So, I am back! I created a Facebook page of my photography/writing business, Ravynword's Sanctuary. Please stop by and check it out! The image is of Kiki, my neighbors' cat. He is such a little joy as a companion and model for photos! 

And speaking of cats, I am now a volunteer at Paws and Whiskers, a no-kill cat shelter in Toledo, OH. My first duty is to do a fundraising activity. I will be gift-wrapping at Barnes and Nobles on Monroe Street in Toledo. Stop by, have your purchases wrapped, and help out some needy cats!
Lastly, I saw an incredible and amazing movie last week, The Life of Pi in 3D. It is a must-see for anyone who has searched for GOD in the midst of terrible life circumstances. Currently, I am reading the book on my new Ipad Mini. I love my Ipad Mini! I upgraded from an older generation Ipad2 with a screen that is cracked. :-(! Hint:  to save on money, get the 16GB Wifi only. If you need more space, just get more cloud drives. I have 4--iCloud (5GB), Amazon Cloud Drive (5GB), MegaCloud (8GB), and SugarSync (5 GB). The Ipad Mini is light and the resolution is wonderful for this photographer's discriminating eye!
